Gemütliches und stylisches Apartment im Herzen von Koblenz

Positiv: Perfekte Lage mitten in Koblenz (schwierig zum Parken, aber nah an Hbf, Altstadt und Flusspromenade), schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Sofa, sehr hell, der Billardtisch

Negativ: Der Duschabfluss war leider verstopft, aber die Besitzer haben uns angeboten das am gleichen Tag zu beheben. Nur kleine Details haben sonst nicht gestimmt, bspw. waren die bereitgestellten Gewürze leer, Küchenhandtücher und Ofenhandschuhe haben gefehlt, am Billardtisch sind Teile nicht fixiert. Die Deckenfenster haben leider keine Rollläden weswegen man im Hauptraum ggf. ziemlich früh vom Licht geweckt wird

Perfektes Wochenende in einer tollen Unterkunft.

Positiv: Das Loft ist perfekt für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Koblenz. Riesig groß, tolle Aufteilung, perfekt ausgestattet. Der Billiardtisch ist ein Highlight.

Negativ: Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Natürlich gibt es immer Verbesserungspotential aber das wäre Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Treppenstufen bis in die 4. Etage können irgendwann zur Herausforderung werden und die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas kniffelig. Aber in beiden Fällen tut Bewegung gut!

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Bei Fragen haben die Vermietenden sehr schnell geantwortet und waren sehr hilfreich.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage,wenn auch an einer grundsätzlich viel befahrenen Straße.

Positiv: Lage sehr zentral, am Rande der Innenstadt. Deutsches Eck und Altstadt fußläufig zügig erreichbar. Billardtisch ist netter Zeitvertreib. Loft ist gut eingerichtet.

Negativ: Video zum Schlüsselsafe war irreführend. Nummer stimmte auch nicht überein, so dass eine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme notwendig wurde, die allerdings völlig unproblematisch war. Aufzug im Haus könnte funktionieren, um die 4. Etage mit Gepäck komfortabler zu erreichen. Parkplatzsituation verbesserungswürdig.

Tolle Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln.

Positiv: Super zentral gelegen, viel Platz, moderne Einrichtung,der Billardtisch war super.

Negativ: Viel zu wenig Licht, kein wirklicher Stauraum für Kleidung, die hohen Decken und Fenster waren voller Spinnweben. Den Raumteiler sollte man befestigen.

Kann ich empfehlen!

Positiv: Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, bequeme Betten, beguemer Sofa. Billardtisch war highlight, wir hatten damit sehr viel Spaß. Alles war gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Negativ: Die Wohnung befindet sich in 4OG, die Information bekamen wir erst einen Tag davor. Für Ältere Menschen ist es anstrengend so hoch zu laufen. Für jüngere ist ok. Die versprochene Caffe und Teesorten waren kaum vorhanden. Leider nur schön auf dem Bild. Badezimmerfenster ohne Folie oder Gardine, man fühlt sich unwohl wenn man abends zur Toilette geht.

Kurzurlaub in Koblenz City

Positiv: Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir konnten das Auto 4Tage stehen lassen. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Negativ: Die Treppen! Wann wird der Aufzug repariert? :) das Licht im Schlafzimmer war gewöhnungsbedürftig

Great place to visit Koblenz with a bigger group

Positiv: Location and how much apartment you get for the price. Perfect space for a group of 8

Negativ: 4th floor without an elevator is not for everybody. Place would be more perfect if the 2 beds in the living room would have been separated as a room with walls & door Could be renovated to a separate big bedroom with a ceiling, so there is living space above (for the pool table for example).

Positiv: Great apartment with excellent facilities. The pool table was a big bonus. Good communication with owner

Comfortable, well equipped and spacious - great for a long weekend stay.

Positiv: Convenient location if you want to explore the centre of Koblenz, Drei Eck, cable car, the fortress etc. Very spacious and open plan apartment. For a family of 5 we had plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped and generally clean. Felt like a safe apartment and was quiet, despite the central location. Heating was efficient and the place felt modern. Large and comfortable sofa. Nice table for dining in the kitchen area. Bathroom was clean - decent shower, plenty of hot water and large sink. Added bonus is the pool table.

Negativ: We knew in advance that there was no allocated parking - we were lucky though and managed to get a space outside. Might not be ideal if you want to do day trips in the car as you would need to find parking each time. But if you plan to simply leave the car and go everywhere on foot, then it’s fine. A few small details could have improved things, like having a mirror in the main bedroom, chalk for the pool table, provision of an info folder (e.g. with tips on nearest grocery stores etc) etc. But these are only small things. A point to note is that the two king beds are at the end of the lounge space, not in a 3rd separate bedroom. This was ok for us as we were a family. But might not be ideal if you are with a larger group. A curtain to separate the beds from the lounge would be better and would at least give a bit of privacy when getting dressed etc. The second bedroom is a ‘normal’ bedroom, with a small double, a single bed and space for a travel cot (which was already at up in the room, even though my kids are older). The third (single) bedroom is an annex which is accessed via the second bedroom and seems to have been originally intended to be an ensuite bathroom. This room was ok for my son a short stay but not ideal for a longer stay - of if privacy is needed, due to the access via the second bedroom. Would be ideal in my view if this was actually made into an ensuite bathroom as was probably intended originally - particularly as there is only one bathroom otherwise.
