3-Floor Oasis in the Heart of Koblenz

Positiv: Die Lage ist top. Nah zu allem was man benötigt, Einkaufen, Altstadt, Parkhaus, Rhein/Mosel, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Negativ: Da gibt es nichts!

Tolle Wohnung

Positiv: Die Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts und die Lage ist zentral.

Perfekte Unterkunft für ein Wochenende in Koblenz

Positiv: Super Lage, tolle Apartments mit viel Platz für große Gruppen. Gute Ausstattung. Perfekt für ein Wochenende in Koblenz! Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

Negativ: Eigentlich nichts. Nur ein paar Anmerkungen: Die Kirche daneben ist ziemlich laut, hat uns aber nicht allzu sehr gestört. Die Esstische je Apartment waren relativ klein, sodass man sich zum Essen aufteilen musste.

Een fijn en schoon verblijf.

Positiv: De netheid van het appartement, schoon en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig.

Negativ: De trappen, geen lift. Erg gehorig.

These were great apts overall. Very clean and comfortable, but so many flights of stairs, and noisy if sleeping with win

Positiv: Great location. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Great to have washer/dryer and kitchen facilities. They even had a clothes drying rack. There was dish soap and dishwasher detergent in the kitchen. Shampoo and body wash in the showers. The units were simply furnished but very clean. We locked ourselves out within minutes of arriving, and the owners got someone right over to let us back in. There are lots of restaurants and stores in very close proximity. The old town is right next door, with a large walking only shopping area.

Negativ: The apartments are on the 3rd, 4th, 5th floors of the building. The 5th floor apt is the smallest, with slanted ceilings. There were so many stairs! A massive (double) flight of stairs leads to the first floor (apt 1.) then two more flights to apt 3. So, to get to apt 3, you go up 4 flights of stairs approximately. To get to apt 5, 6 flights of stairs. We live in a 6 story brownstone, so walk stairs all day, and we still found these stairs to be exhausting. We only got one towel (and one hand towel) each. There were no extra linens or towels available. Given there was no daily maid service like at a hotel, it would have been nice to have a few extras of everything. One of the beds was also broken when we stayed there, which we let the owners know about. Like Many homes in Germany, there were no screens on the windows. And the apt faces out onto a very main Street and there is a cathedral right across the street. Car noises were very loud, as were the church bells. Multiple ambulances went by each night with sirens blaring. This went on all night long. I had to sleep with ear plugs. With the windows closed, this would not be an issue. We parked in the palace lot. It was about a 7 minute walk from the apt.
