Tolles Haus für einen Kurzurlaub oder einen längeren Aufenthalt

Positiv: Es war eine tolles Haus. Gemütlich eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (u.a. genug Besteck usw., so dass man nicht einer Mahlzeit bereits abwaschen muss), moderne Badezimmer. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, außer einer Teekanne ;) Den fantastischen Balkon konnten wir im Winter leider nicht nutzen, aber im Sommer ist es bestimmt herrlich. Der telefonische Support war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Great Location and Value, With a Few Communication and Comfort Issues

Positiv: The location was great, not far by car from the Mullerthal hiking trail, which is exactly why we chose this place. It offers great value for money and has cozy modern furnishings.

Negativ: 1. We requested to check in between 15:00–16:00 and the request was approved. When we arrived around 15:40, the cleaning team was still busy, so we left to run some errands to give them more time. We understand this was a plus and not a requirement, but we don’t understand why the request was approved if it couldn’t be honored and wasn’t communicated. 2. After check-out, we were asked about a second remote for the living room TV that was apparently missing. We have no idea about this. We used the remotes upstairs and know there were 2 in each room there. We were hardly used the TV in the living room and only remember the one remote we left on the table. The way this was repeatedly pointed out and questioned felt very uncomfortable. We really didn’t appreciate that. Shocking as we’ve never ever experienced such in our many years of traveling. 3. The blanket in the living room had a bad odor, but the apartment is well equipped and we were able to wash it for extra comfort. 4. The bedroom leading to the terrace had no curtains at all. Only one window in that bedroom has external roller shutters, which was a bit challenging. Nonetheless, we would still recommend this apartment, as the positives outweigh the negatives. And hope other guests will continue to have better experiences.

Mooie woning voorzien van alle nodige comfort. Een aanrader !

Positiv: Heel mooi huis met ruime slaapkamers en badkamers, gelegen in rustige straat. Keuken goed voorzien van alle gerief. Prima uitvalsbasis om te wandelen of steden te bezoeken. Een aanrader!

Negativ: Niets.

Positiv: Heel mooi huis met mooie afwerking en gezellige inrichting in een prachtig gebied.

Negativ: Niks

Positiv: Bardzo ladny dom, w calosci nowo umeblowany. Wszystko czyste i pachnace. Latwy dostęp i mozliwosc zaparkowania bezposrednio przed domem. Łóżka wygodne, dwie osobne łazienki i kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne.

Voor herhaling vatbaar

Positiv: Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Een volledig nieuwe ingericht en schoon appartement/huis met meer dan genoeg ruimte. Alles is aanwezig en was zeer netjes en schoon.
