Mosel Ferienresidenz ZickZack

Positiv: Wir haben im September 2025 eine Woche dort verbracht. Die FW sind sehr großzügig, die Verpflegung (HP) gut. Die Lage ist sehr schön, umgeben von Weinbergen und ideal, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden.

Negativ: Die Betten bzw Matratzen (viel zu weich) sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr tief, man versinkt förmlich und kann nur schwer aufstehen .

Gut geeignet für eine kurze Auszeit für Eltern und Kind.

Positiv: Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten, auch für größere Kinder (Billard, Kicker, Tischtennis, Fahrräder) Essensauswahl hochwertige Betten

Negativ: keine Weingläser in der Ferienwohnung

Positiv: Alles super, sehr super Personal, eine freundliche Gastgeberin. Super Essen. Alles in allem kann diese Unterkunft nur empfohlen werden.

Negativ: Da gibt es keine Mängel

Die Pension ZickZack ist für kleine und große Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliches Personal

Positiv: Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichlich und gut. Das Abendessen, bestehend aus mehreren Gerichten, war sehr schmackhaft. Alle Getränke konnten per Selbstbedienung genommen und auch verrechnet werden. Beide Vermieterfamilien, so wie alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und locker drauf.

Negativ: Einziges Manko war der Kaffeevollautomat an der Selbstbedientheke. Der Kaffee traf nicht unser Geschmack.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden sind uns aber sich das man aus der Anlage deutlich mehr rausholen kann

Positiv: Am besten hat uns die ruhige Lage sowie die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder gefallen. Das Boxspringbett ist sehr bequem. Bis auf einige Ausnahmen ist es sehr sauber

Negativ: Man merkt deutlich das die Ferienresidenz in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Wohnung wirkt schon sehr zusammen gewürfelt und in die Jahre gekommen. Der Garten mit Spielplatz ist Stellenweise schon erneuert worden da kann man da deutlich mehr Liebe reinstecken. Außerdem wäre es ratsam, Unkraut wie Brennnesseln und Disteln zu entfernen.

Positiv: Die Kinderfreundlichkeit für jedes Alter (0-15 Jahre)

Einen Urlaub wert. Familien & Paare willkommen

Positiv: Wir als Familie fanden das Essen super, die Aussicht, die Ruhe. Man fand sehr erholsam in den Schlaf und war am Morgen fit für den Tag. Der Spielplatz hat den Kindern sehr gefallen,besonders das Trampoline:-) Die Umgebung wie die Residenz immer eine Reise wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Negativ: Die wlan Verbindung könnte in der 2ten Etage durch einen Verstärker verbessert werden. Signalstärke war meistens nur auf minimal statt maximal.

Great holiday at the end of the year!

Positiv: It was a very comfortable holiday. Our kids love the kids club, sometimes there was staff to make them busy (and make the parents relax), but sometimes they can also play free and just use the playroom. The kids club is inside the House, so kids feel safe. They easily found new friends, because the guests are all family with kids (age range 1-11, mine are 5 & 9). The Hotel thinks thoroughly little details for the kids. For example step stools so they can easily access things, like food, drinks, sink. They have potty seats for training, nappy-changing table, baby cot bed, plastic cutlery set, stroller, even lovely kids bed sheets. The parents love the food! Dinner is always delicious and varies. We also had wine tasting from the local wine distributor. We felt relaxed through the Holiday :)

Negativ: We spend 5D/4N sliding through new year 25/26 here and there was no real new year's eve program from the hotel, BUT the hotel prepared a special and very delicious food for new year's dinner (we found it nice and exceeded our expectations from a half board dinner). That was a sweet gesture from them, we all love the ice cake with sparkle 😊 At the end we just hung out together with the other families and had a small new year party. There was a problem with the booking system at the booking.com, we were told that we booked for two adults without children (we are Level 3 Genius in Booking.com and never had this problem nor this kinda of mistake before). This was not the fault of the hotel and the Staff (Owner) was very helpful, she solved the problem really conveniently and was customer friendly. Just for a hint, if you are booking from booking.com, you might want to double check your booking.

Joyful family stay

Positiv: We are 2+2 and there were 2 separate rooms, the playground helped big time and the wine availability at the place was good, breakfast and dinner options were different every day. It was a very good choice to stay, not in the city but close to many things.
